A Photo Walk… in January?!
Madness, I know. But as part of a project run by Cambridge Historian to document the city every month, a mix of around 12 dedicated amateurs, enthusiasts and professionals took to the streets.
Our route took us zig-zagging from King’s Parade, through the heart of the city, finishing up on Christ’s Pieces. As well as learning the odd Cambridge-based factoid, I met some great people and even ended up with some shots that I like too.
This is one of them. A busy roadside Italian eatery “blends the best of both worlds with a modern-day slice of Sicilian life”. I couldn’t help but notice though, that this particular guy looked to be wishing he was actually in Sicily, rather than a freezing cold and blustery Cambridge city centre.
